Hotel Hampton Inn Las Vegas/North Speedway (Las Vegas, USA)

The hotel is located in close proximity to a highway that can take guest to a number of nearby attractions that include the Las Vegas strip which is renowned and one of the prime destinations to visit for many a guest. The hotel is also close to a large selection of restaurants that guests found to provide many culinary options. Guests found that while they were able to visit the strip and enjoy the casinos and shows that populate that area of Las Vegas, the area in which the hotel is situated allowed for them to see a more relaxed side of Las Vegas while still having easy access to Vegas' main attraction and they considered this to be a positive attribute of their stay at this hotel.

The staff at this Hampton Inn location are extremely friendly and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Each staff member, from those working on the front desk to those in the kitchen and breakfast service area, are extremely attentive and will accommodate guests' needs and requirements.

Many guests found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable; rooms are well-sized as are the beds and the housekeeping staff do a diligent job of maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the rooms and the hotel's public areas.

Many guests felt that the breakfast service time should have started later or have been extended as a number of guests would arrive towards the end of service, at a time when the food would not be replaced.

While the hotel and the rooms are clean, many guests felt that the carpet was stained and dirty and would benefit from being replaced.

The shower temperature control is very temperamental and somewhat annoying.
