Thanks to its position off Interstate 70 that is within walking distance of various restaurants and stores, the convenience of the hotel’s location was a highlight for most. In addition, the accommodation is situated just 15 minutes away by car from downtown Indianapolis.

Despite some negative comments, the majority of past guests were happy with the quality of the accommodation’s breakfast. The complimentary hot breakfast was generally described as varied and tasty.

Although it is one of its key selling points, the indoor swimming pool provided by the hotel was routinely criticized by those that used the facility during their stay. Past visitors have claimed that the pool area was dated, while its supposedly substandard maintenance meant that it was not always available to use.

When taking into account overall feedback, the accommodation’s Wi-Fi was judged to be one of the weakest aspects about the hotel. For those that attempted to use it, the wireless Internet was often considered slow and erratic.

The reportedly outdated nature of the rooms was seen in a negative light by various recent visitors that stayed at the hotel. The condition of the rooms, with apparently worn furniture and malfunctioning air conditioning units, was also lambasted on occasion.
