Hotel Hampton Inn Fayetteville (Fayetteville, USA)

Guests select this hotel for its prime location, just off the Interstate. The hotel is also chosen for its proximity to the University of Arkansas campus with many guests visiting friends or family there. However, you are also well placed for getting to anywhere you want in the local area pretty easily. As a bonus, there is also a nice selection of shops and restaurants around too.

Guests are pretty impressed with the facilities included in their rate. Having breakfast and Wi-Fi included is a good start, but you've also got coffee available whenever you want, as well as a lovely pool and hot tub.

On the whole guests appreciate the nice and helpful nature of the staff. Whilst there are naturally times where certain members of staff have an off day or don't hit it off with every client, in general they are highly appreciated and accommodating.

Whilst having a free breakfast is appreciated by many guests, the quality and variety of what is offered is divisive. The choices are often considered to be poor – especially healthy options. Whilst few find the quality very bad, many think it is at best average – particularly the eggs and omelets - and less that they'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The coffee is also found to be pretty poor and often cold.

Whilst the hotel is non-smoking, some guests swear that they can detect smokey smells in the hotel. However, there are also reports of strange smells in certain places that guests identify as body odor.

The rooms could just be starting to get dated and worn. It doesn't seem to be serious yet, but there are indications that perhaps the hotel is starting to show its age.
