Hotel Baymont by Wyndham Fayetteville (Fayetteville, USA)

The hotel is said to be in a good location near two stadiums and the University of Arkansas. There are also various restaurants and shops nearby and guests were happy with the area.

Many guests enjoyed interacting with the nice manager who was named several times. They had positive experiences with this person and enjoyed his positive customer service. They enjoyed talking to him and having him help them with their requests.

Most guests appreciated the free breakfast available in the morning because it had various options and tasted good. The breakfast had items such as fruit juices, muffins, eggs and meats which made it possible for most to find what they liked.

The noise coming from next door neighbors and outside was not diminished by the walls. Guests were annoyed they had to put up with the loud noises and would have preferred for there to be some insulation.

Guests were not happy that the rooms were at a bare minimum and that the amenities that were supposedly available did not work well. The furnishings were old, broken fixtures and with a general old fashioned ambiance. The rooms and bathrooms were not in top shape.

Guests were surprised that there were many things that needed to be fixed in the rooms and that made their stay more complicated than it should be. For example, guests had problems with the toilets, the min fridges, the lights and broken bathroom fixtures.
