For the most part, guests had positive things to say about their rooms being clean and comfortable.

If you enjoy being close to all the action and would like to get out and about and explore the surrounding area, this may be a good hotel choice for you. There were several positive remarks from guests about the fact that the hotel was near plenty of area attractions and restaurants, many within walking distance from the property.

It was mentioned by some people that staff members were very friendly and generally provided excellent customer service. There were also favorable remarks about the nice and tasty breakfast buffet provided.

There were some complaints about hearing garbage trucks frequently during earlier hours of the morning. Other guests complained about being able to hear outside construction noises.

It was mentioned that the hotel is a bit on the older side and may be in need of some TLC and updating. There were also comments about the pool area being a little too small in size.

A number of people said they did not like the fact that they had to carry their luggage up and down a flight of stairs to get to the parking lot or main entrance to the hotel. The setup may be a problem for those guests who have mobility issues.
