The standard of the rooms has received rave reviews from past guests that stayed at the Hampton Inn Danbury. As well as being spotlessly clean, the rooms were regularly described as really comfortable – an aspect that was further enhanced by the hotel’s supposedly quiet location.

The public facilities provided by the hotel proved popular with former visitors. In particular, the accommodation’s indoor swimming pool and fitness center were both commended for their quality and maintenance.

With a position near Interstate 84 and surrounded by restaurants and stores, the location of the Hampton Inn Danbury was a highlight for many. Furthermore, the hotel was also seen as convenient for getting to nearby points of interest such as Candlewood Lake and Lake Compounce.

The free Wi-Fi was arguably the biggest source of complaint for past visitors to the Hampton Inn Danbury. Based on the feedback of those that used the facility, the hotel’s Wi-Fi can be slow to complete even standard Internet-related tasks.

Numerous former guests were critical about the fact that refrigerators – and, to a lesser extent, microwaves – do not come as standard with the rooms at the hotel. With that said, refrigerators can reportedly be supplied upon request.

Although it was perfectly acceptable for most, the Hampton Inn Danbury’s complimentary breakfast has garnered criticism in some quarters. In particular, previous visitors have claimed that the breakfast selection could be improved to contain a larger selection of healthy choices.
