Hampton Inn Bowling Green is very easy to find as it is located just off a main highway. Guests also reported that there is so much to see and do in the area and the hotel is located very close to many of the popular services and attractions.

Guests reported that the guest rooms are very clean and feature a lot of extra amenities. Also reported was comfortable beds, lots of extra towels and Wi-Fi that always works.

The breakfast served each morning is plentiful with a wide variety of delicious and healthy items to choose from. Guests also reported that there were both hot and cold items available and the breakfast room was clean and roomy.

Some guests have reported that staff members blatantly ignoring requests, not being able to answer basic questions about the hotel and area and disappearing when issues arise so they don't have to deal with them.

There tends to be a lot of noise around the hotel and in the rooms. Guests reported loud air conditioning units and constantly running toilets, doors slamming in the corridor, dogs barking in nearby rooms and kids running around as the sounds that kept them from relaxing in the non-soundproof rooms.

Guests reported that although the guest rooms are supposed to be smoke free, there is a smell of stale cigarette smoke both in the rooms and all around the hotel.
