The breakfast quality as well as the light dinner and free snacks provided at the hotel were extremely satisfying according to most guests. The popcorn machine was perfect for kids and even adults who were hungry especially during wee hours. The light food was more than enough to fill their tummies so most guests did not have to take their dinner outside of the establishment.
Due to its nearness to the Interstate and central location, most guests are impressed with the hotel’s actual location. It is also just within a close walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants so guests can easily roam the surrounding areas.
The small size and crowded pool facility was upsetting according to previous guests. Families especially with kids occupy the pool area most of the time, which was quite uncomfortable for other single guests or couples. Even the hot tubs were occupied by either kids or babies.
Guests had issues with the quality of the rooms especially the bathroom. Aside from the poor lighting and small beds, guests were also disappointed with the outdated style of the bathroom area and minor sewage issues.
Due to the slow performance of the elevator, guests were quite inconvenienced and uncomfortable. There were even times when the elevator was not working so some guests were forced to use the stairs.
