The condo is adequately furnished and the ocean views are amazing. The size is spacious and it can easily sleep at least six adults. The beds are comfortable and the décor in the room is nicely arranged.

You will be in walking distance to a number of stores and dining establishments. Large chain stores like Target and Walmart are a short drive away. There are grocery stores close by as well. The beach is just two-minutes away.

It's always nice to have something for the little ones that they can call their own. The kiddie pool is fantastic, and if you have small children they will love it!

The condos have certainly been used and it shows. The carpeting should be replaced, or at least cleaned properly. You may find stains on the furniture and the furnishings may appear a bit worn out. The shower head seems cheap for such an accommodation and the drywall is puckering. You may find pealing paint as well.

The elevators takes a long time so bring a good book or surf the web while you are waiting. There are only two elevators for all nineteen floors. Your wait could take up to a half hour, and that's long to wait for an elevator! The Empire State Building will have you up and down in a matter of minutes!

Oh, the parking. It's so tight there's almost little sense in parking there. You have to make a choice, risk getting your car damaged or find somewhere else to park. The spaces are extremely small and you will find plenty of large trucks parked over the lines, which means parking spaces are completely wasted!
