The easy-going staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and will help you out with local tips and advice. They are pretty accommodating too so if you have a problem with your room, just ask and they will try to sort it out.
Of course, the houses are quite spacious but so too are the apartments and even the studios. This is a surprise to some guests that were expecting such central accommodation to be rather cramped. The living areas are very comfortable with plenty of seating for all.
Although the leather sofas look good in the photos, they are actually very old and starting to get worn. The rest of the furniture is no better and should really be replaced. It's okay for a night but for the money you pay, you expect decent furniture.
