The swimming pool in this resort is truly impressive according to guests. It has a terrific feature, shaped in an orchid-type layout and is so spacious it can accommodate many people at the same time. There are also varying depths for adult and kid swimmers.
Guests speak well of the property's location, as it is set in Nah Klua at the end of Beach Road with easy access to the centre of Pattaya via frequent buses. Although it is near the road and other tourism sites, guests are impressed that the noise inside the property is subdued. There are also a lot of ‘tuk-tuk' in the area for public transport.
All rooms are cosy with balconies featuring chairs and table. Guests loved the greenery the resort offers, and that the place has a provincial, natural air to it. Guests even said that the beautiful photos online lived up to their expectations.
Many guests reported that most of the staff members here were unhelpful and almost have zero knowledge of the area or tours. They weren't also attentive and were never seen smiling. Furthermore, they speak English poorly.
The free Wi-Fi was very difficult to obtain inside the property according to guests. Worse, they said they weren't able to connect even though they were in the lobby.
Previous guests complained that the bathroom had a layer of dust at the window that looked as if they had been there months. They also said that the provided toilet papers were so thin and near impossible to use, and that the towels had a nasty smell to them.
