Guests were complimentary about the overall hygiene levels of their suites stating that everything looked spotlessly clean from the fresh linens through to the clean carpets and upholstery. Many were pleased to find that their rooms were of generous size with plenty of storage space and equally large bathrooms featuring double basins, baths and walk-in-showers.

Those who stayed here for business purposes found it convenient being close to many company headquarters as well as financial institutions. Guests who were keen to visit the local attractions were also pleased to find that they were a short distance away from popular parks and museums.

The breakfasts served the hotel have been described as being well prepared and featuring a wide range of both hot and cold items. Many particularly enjoyed the omelette bar as well as the ample supplies of freshly brewed tea and coffee. If you like a filling meal first thing in the morning then you certainly won't be disappointed.

Guests reported several maintenance problems ranging from faulty air-conditioning units through to broken Wi-Fi and poor television reception. Some also objected to slow draining sinks and blocked WC's.

Those who stayed in the rooms that have not yet been refurbished said that the rooms were starting to show their age as they objected to the tatty-looking upholstery and carpets as well as the old-fashioned furniture.

Guests who wanted to visit the fitness center were disappointed to find that the facility was not located in the main hotel building and that they had to walk for a few minutes in order to get there. Some found this rather cumbersome particularly during bad weather.
