Some guests mentioned the location of the hotel which is a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the center of town and in a quiet and relaxing area. A number of guests also mentioned the spacious hotel rooms which seemed larger than average.

Guests who stayed at the hotel were blown away by how comfortable the beds were with many reviewers commenting on their soft luxurious feel and cloud like qualities, which all of course contributed to the best nights' sleep ever!

A number of reviewers made special mention of the lovely, warm and smiling staff at the hotel who made their stay very pleasant. A number of reviewers specifically singled out the front desk staff who made their day with their firendlly and courteous attitudes.

Some guests who ate in the on-site restaurant left feeling a little under whelmed by the food and little overwhelmed with its expensive price tag. Whilst some acknowledged that this is a Hilton, they felt that the portion sizes and taste of the food should have been much better for the price paid.

Some previous guests to the hotel felt that the rooms and common areas could do with a decorative overhaul with many reviewers feeling that the outdated furnishing contributed to the drab and dull vibe of the hotel.

Some guests seemed to forfeit a good nights sleep at this hotel due to the noisy and clunky air-conditioning units which kept them awake. For other guests it was not so much the noise of the air-conditioning units that keep them awake but its inability to maintain a comfortable temperate particularly in winter.
