Some people enjoy hotels that are away from the bustle of the main strip, but this hotel has very little to offer in the way of neighbourhood activities. This disappoints guests as they have to get taxis into the busier parts of Pattaya just to find some shops.
The staff at this hotel are okay, but if this place wants to be five-star, then they need to be better. There is very poor service in the restaurants and little or no service at the bars. You have to ask for everything and staff never voluntarily approach you.
Guests are shocked to find that there is no free internet service at this hotel. They feel that as a luxury hotel they should at least have free Wi-Fi in public areas, but unfortunately, you must pay for a package which may not even work.
