Multiple guests have reported that the housekeeping staff does an excellent job at this hotel and, therefore, the rooms are very clean. Guests haven't experienced many issues with the cleanliness of this property at all while staying there.

There have been complaints about the staff not being overly friendly at this property. These staff members haven't seemed like they are well-trained, either, leaving guests unsure about check-out times and amenities.

This hotel isn't staffed around the clock and once the front desk staff goes home for the night, there isn't anyone working at the property at all. There isn't any security at the hotel, leaving guests feeling as though they are on their own throughout the night.

Past guests have said that a breakfast is left in the rooms prior to guests' arrival, but this food isn't the best in quality. Guests have said that this isn't a real breakfast, as it is made up of carbohydrates and sugars.
