Guests found the members of staff to be very professional and courteous. The reception staff are very pleasant and ensure your stay at the hotel starts off on a high note.

Guests felt that they received good value for the money they spent at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is convenient and you get the added benefit of having a number of attraction sites within reach like the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle University.

The rooms are very large and properly maintained. The kitchens are well equipped and contain all the various appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a kettle, a microwave and coffee makers. The apartments as well as other public areas are very clean.

A number of guests have raised issue regarding the cleanliness of their rooms. Bathtubs, sinks and toilets have been found dirty on several occasions by guests who had just checked in.

Several guests have complained about the state of disrepair that the hotel appears to be in. Some common complaints were worn out carpets, chipped tiles, leaking faucets and rusty fittings. The rooms were also said to have old and very dated furniture and decor.

Though generally a personal preference, a good number of guests complained about the beds enough to warrant a concern. Those affected thought the beds were too soft and did not offer proper spinal support. As such, a few guests woke up with back aches and stiff necks.
