If you are travelling to the Niagara Falls area and looking for an affordable lodging option, this may be a good hotel choice as it is situated very near to the falls and also will not break the bank.

There were favourable remarks about the hotel's nice pool and water slide area. Guests travelling with children especially appreciated this feature.

There were a number of complaints related to the property being old and outdated and in need of much better routine maintenance. Some of the issues cited included outdated furnishings, old TVs, holes in the ceilings and carpets, poor lighting, broken fixtures and furnishings, old and loud air conditioners, sticking bathroom doors and loose bathroom tiles.

The facilities may be in need of a good scrubbing. It was also mentioned that cleanliness may not always be up to standard. There were complaints about dirty bathrooms and carpeting.

Several people said that they did not like that breakfast was served during a very limited time frame. There were also some negative comments about the walls in the rooms being too thin, enabling visitors to hear noise from other guests staying at the property.
