The breakfast at Cristata Inn offers a really good variety of items from which to choose. Everything is well prepared and nicely presented. You'll certainly find something to suit your taste buds and will leave for the morning feeling satisfied.

This property is pleasingly close to Mohegan and is especially convenient for the casino, not least because there is a complimentary shuttle bus to take you there and back. You're likely to find the bus driver to be pleasant and friendly.

Several guests have commented that the rooms at this hotel have an impressive level of cleanliness. They are comfortable as well, with good quality mattresses and a decent Wi-Fi connection, so you should feel nicely relaxed.

It can get a little loud at Cristata Inn at times. The soundproofing doesn't seem to be especially good, so you might hear people moving about in the hallways and in adjacent rooms, often until late at night. Sounds from above can be clearly audible as well. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

While some staff members go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, several previous guests have noted that that they were not given the best service by the front desk and found certain employees to be unhelpful and rude.

While the shuttle to the casino is great, it doesn't start until late in the afternoon, so if you want to head along earlier, you'll need to find alternative transportation. Some guests found this to be something of an inconvenience.
