to The hotel enjoys a convenient location around 25-minutes north of downtown San Antonio so the location on the outskirts of the city offers better value than the pricier options further in. Within the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are plenty of places to eat and drink and there is a small shopping mall just a short walk away with the larger North Star Mall around 15-minutes away which is also near to San Antonio International Airport.

A wide variety of food is offered at the complimentary breakfast with something available for everybody including cereals, muffins and fresh fruit and a cooked option featuring the traditional fare of sausage, eggs, bacon etc. Guests were impressed with how clean the area is kept and how the food is constantly replenished.

Staff are very welcoming and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and all your needs are met with the front desk especially knowledgeable about the local area and very willing to give recommendations on the best places to grab a bite to eat.

The rooms smell musty and there is mold on walls and ceilings in the bathroom and on the tiles with mold spores also growing on window frames which is quite unpleasant and unhealthy.

Reports from previous guests suggest that there are so many chemicals in the pool that it is impossible to swim in there and it is quite unsafe for children.

Carpets in rooms are very dirty with some guests reporting that they were unable to walk on them without shoes and there are also stains on walls and stains on furniture so much so that they need replacing or need to be given a really good deep clean.
