Despite shortcomings, most staffs were able to handle all the issues well through hard work. They tried their best to provide all the needs and requests of the guests with respect. They were also friendly and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Most guests appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to restaurants, stores, malls, and shopping areas. Major establishments such as the Six flags, Costco and Cal State Northridge are also nearby. The location is very convenient and guests can easily roam the area within a short walking distance.

Guests are pleased with the full kitchen area provided at the rooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, refrigerator, and stove which are very useful especially to guests who want to cook their own food. It is also practical and convenient for the guests since they can save money by preparing their own food instead of buying them outside.

Most guests were upset with the poorly prepared breakfast. The food was not well-stocked and lacked variety such as fruits or cereals. They only offered muffins, granola bars, and coffee, which ran out most of the time.

Aside from the loud banging of doors and noisy conversation from the other rooms, most previous guests were disappointed with the incredible noise within the premises. There were very noisy students, as well as exhaust fan which disrupted sleep.

The consistent smell of cigarette smoke within the hallways and even inside the rooms despite requesting non-smoking rooms was very displeasing according to guests. The rooms also did not smell fresh and the carpets smelled bad- obviously in need of thorough vacuuming.
