Hotel staff are a pleasant group, accommodating, and quite flexible. For example, don’t be surprised if they allow you an early check-in without difficulty. You may receive a call to see how things are going once you reach your room as well. Casual chat with one of the personnel is not unusual either. They also offer helpful information about the facility, its policies, and more.

Just a few minutes away are several mini-malls.. If you don’t feel like cooking, you also have a decent choice of restaurants nearby. There’s even an Office Max nearby. The freeway is close as well, which is great if you are on your way to San Antonio.

A decent workout at the 24-hr gym should be no problem. The basics like a bike machine, treadmill, weights, and elliptical machine are all there and very well maintained.

Housekeeping could use a boost. Smelly linens, grimy floors, dark soap scum in the bathroom shower, worn out carpeting, and poorly maintained appliances are a disappointment.

If you need pots and pans, a hairdryer, dishware, and extra toiletries, you have to go down to the front desk and request them. You are basically walking into a bare facility outside a few furnishings.

If you are dependent on a Wi-Fi connection during your extended stay whether for business or keeping in touch with family and friends, you will be disappointed as the connection is extremely poor.
