Not only did the location of this property off Interstate 35E in the north-western suburbs of Dallas put guests close to bus stops, petrol stations and convenience stores, but also it was near several roadside eateries. Drivers often reported that it was straightforward to reach downtown and Dallas Market Center as well as area attractions, theme parks, sports arenas, universities, shopping malls, golf courses and airports. Moreover, there was free on-site parking.
