Most guests were mostly satisfied with their room accommodations saying their rooms were very spacious with sitting areas or separate living rooms, as well as there being options to have connecting rooms which was a nice touch for family and friends.

The hotel's staff members had positive reviews and a consistent record of good customer service. Many staff members are mentioned by name and are said to have a good record of friendliness by returning guests. Reception was personable and the service at the restaurant and bar was also friendly.

Guests enjoyed the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening drinks in the lounge area. The breakfast is not just continental but very filling and delicious while the drinks in the evening are a good welcoming amenity to be enjoyed with other guests and while watching a sports game.

Some guests experienced a long wait for their accommodations after a check-in. There were examples of many guests waiting for a room after the check-in hours. Some guests waited for about an hour before they were able to head into their rooms which was clearly a turn-off.

For some guests, the décor and facilities of the hotel and the rooms leaved much to desire. For example, the air-conditioning did not work properly, there is limited lighting, the room colors are brown and boring and the heat and humidity were unbearable.

Some guests who were traveling for business matters and needed a good Internet connection, had to find out that the WiFi did not cut it during their stay. This can be annoying given it is a must amenity for a hotel these days and budget options or fast food eateries provide a more reliable connection.
