Hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore (Phoenix, USA)

The hotel is ideally located just outside downtown Phoenix, with easy access to the highways and a short drive to most major attractions. With Biltmore Fashion Park next door, you’ll find some of the best upscale shopping right outside your doorstep. In addition, guests say that some of the best restaurants are within minutes of the hotel, and a few are even within walking distance. Old Town Scottsdale is also a short drive away, approximately 15-minutes by car. In addition, the hotel is also convenient to the Phoenix Airport, also a 15-minute drive away.

Guests really enjoyed the complimentary evening reception hosted by the hotel. The bartenders and incredibly friendly and make really great drinks, with high quality liquor. In addition, guests also enjoyed the onsite restaurant and the free daily breakfast. Guests say all food at the hotel is well-prepared, nicely presented, and really tasty.

Recently updated, the hotel boasts a gorgeous atrium area that many guests were impressed with. The large koi pond with colorful fish is a highlight with kids as well as adults. All the common areas are always kept clean and well-maintained, including the outdoor pool.

Room service has been repeatedly reported as slow. Guests say their food always took longer to deliver than expected. In addition, the staff doesn’t pay too much attention to cleaning up afterwards. Guests often notice room service trays left in the halls overnight.

Though the property has recently gone under renovations, not all rooms have been updated. You may run into rooms that still have dated décor, worn carpets, and aged furniture. The older rooms are definitely in need of a cosmetic refresh.
