Located just off the highway in north Glendale the hotel is easy to find and enjoys a convenient location around one mile away from Glendale Galleria where there are numerous stores and restaurants. Bustling downtown Los Angeles is around 30-minutes' drive away and there is also a bus which goes directly there with the stop just a block away from the hotel. Hollywood is also only 15-minutes away making this the perfect base from which to explore everything that Los Angeles has to offer. .

You are made to feel welcome from the second you arrive with staff on hand to meet and greet you and even opening the car door when you pull up. They give the impression that they genuinely enjoy working here and enjoy helping guests. .

Every evening there is a complimentary manager's reception with drinks and appetizers for guests which is a really nice start to the evening. This is often set in the pleasant courtyard area. .

Parking is available, but there is an additional charge for this and it has been reported that guests have been charged multiple times if leaving the parking lot and then returning later which is something they were not aware of beforehand. .

There are smoking rooms available where some guests have been placed despite requesting non-smoking rooms and there have also been comments about the smell of stale smoke in hallways which is quite unpleasant. .

It is possible to hear guests in neighboring rooms especially if you have adjoining doors or if you are close to the banqueting room and there is an event taking place the sound and bass can vibrate through the room. .
