Staff are great; friendly and very helpful. From management to check in and cleaning staff .. everyone's a winner!

It's easy walking distance to the mall, shops and eateries. It's a nice neighborhood too, so you feel at ease and secure. The ideal prelude to a good night's sleep.

Music from the movies and iconic movies on the bar's giant screen, create an atmosphere like no other. Add to all this, the ecstatically Happy Hour and there's no reason to venture outside the hotel for relaxation and enjoyment.

The elevator isn't reliable and doesn't react well to 'instructions'. Room cleaning standards are iffy to say the least and most places, these days, have some kind of fitness/gym facility. Not here! A facelift would be highly appropriate to include the replacement of very dated and unattractive furniture.

Constant running water into the toilet cistern serves to keep you awake at night and allows you to ponder on the wisdom of your decision to stay here.

The balcony is tiny, (*less than a Juliet?) and cluttered with noisy pipe work. There's an 'extended stay' section to the hotel - which you really don't want to know about unless you are prostituting some kind of art or selling 'stuff'.
