Shoppers will be delighted to find the Zona Rosa Shopping Mall just three kilometers from the hotel.

The 237 modern suites are spacious with separate bedrooms and living rooms accommodating plush beds and pull out sofas. All necessary amenities like flat screen TV, microwave, fridge and coffeemaker are present in the suites. Bathrooms have shower and tub combination with free toiletries and hair dryer provided. Some suites have spa tubs, conference room and dining room.

The hotel has an indoor pool with deck chairs and a fitness room. Business center for guests on work features 15 meeting rooms, ample conference space with computer station. A complimentary hot made-to-order breakfast is served daily. An evening happy hour at the luxuriant atrium of the hotel is hosted with small appetizers and drinks. Guests can dine at the casual restaurant and bar of the hotel. The hotel extends free shuttle service to the airport, shopping center and local areas within two miles. Self parking on site is a free amenity.

Guests do not like having to pay for even basic Internet. They find the breakfast service inefficient as the staff cannot keep up with the crowd. The breakfast area and the elevator area are filthy and sticky.

Rooms are not cleaned until front desk is called and requested for room cleaning. The housekeeping staff is found to be rude, incompetent and tardy by some guests.

For its size, the hotel does not have enough elevators and guests find the stairs leading up to their suites closed, which is a further inconvenience.
