With a location just next to the interchange of freeways 480 and 77 the Embassy Suites Cleveland-Rockside is easily accessible and is just 20-minutes' drive from downtown Cleveland. Within the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are also plenty of restaurants so you should have no problem eating out or grabbing a snack should you wish.

Breakfast is cooked to order and is complimentary with a wide selection of different foods available and a menu is available throughout the day in the Embassy Grille with delights such as steak for you to enjoy. Room service is also offered during the day and late into the evening for you to eat in the privacy of your room.

The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome during you stay with the front desk staff especially being singled out for being so helpful and efficient to ensure that things run smoothly and that you enjoy your stay.

There have been many negative reviews mentioning other guests as being inconsiderate and making lots of noise until late at night, with youths running up and down the hallways or congregating in the communal areas which was found to be quite imposing by other guests.

The hotel's communal areas are non-smoking so smokers gather just outside the front door which means that when entering the building there is a wall of smoke and the smoke can also drift in when the doors are opened which is unpleasant for non-smokers.

Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly enough with the carpets in particular quite dirty and in need of a really good deep clean. Stained bed linen and outdated and worn furnishings are some of the thing mentioned by previous guests.
