The hotel staff go out of their way to provide guests very high quality service. They always greet guests with a smile and check whether or not they need something. The reception staff are available to help guests make bookings at local restaurants or to give you directions to the beaches and local attractions.
The beach is right across the road from the hotel so guests can walk there and back whenever you want to. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which is really convenient for when guests want to travel to Chania or farther out, the bus ride to Chania is only 15 minutes.
The Wi-Fi at this hotel is free but it is only available in the public areas of the building and so if you want to go online you will need to sit in the cafeteria, the reception area or around the swimming pool. As in other areas of Greece, the Wi-Fi is unstable and not very reliable.
The guest room bathrooms are relatively small with little space for you to unpack you belongings. The shower stalls in these bathrooms are very small which makes showering uncomfortable as it can be quite difficult to move around.
