The location of this hotel is good with the beach just a short walk away. The 'Candado Strip' with its restaurants and shops is conveniently located too. The location is probably the hotel's greatest asset.

This hotel is much appreciated for its staff, who are warm and friendly and go out of their way to ensure that all the guests have a good time here. In fact some of the guests have come to consider some of the staff members as adopted family. John, the owner, has been appreciated for constantly making improvements to the hotel and for being a great host.

The hotel has been appreciated for its cleanliness, which definitely meets guests' approval. A high standard of housekeeping is maintained by the dedicated staff and management.

The hotel is located near a car park, for which reservation is needed and charges apply. There have been complaints about the parking facilities, which are considered to be less than satisfactory.

There have been complaints that the Wi-Fi signal loses connectivity in certain areas. This might not be much of a problem for some guests, but for those who need connectivity to maintain contact with their businesses or families, it has been a major issue.

There have been complaints that the complimentary breakfast is less than filling and could be expanded a little more. Also, there is no iron in the room, just a common one in the laundry room. These are some minor issues, but overall, the hotel has been appreciated.
