Olive boasts a perfect location, close to the beach and within walking distance to art galleries, high-end shopping and amazing dining, including the popular Ashford Avenue. If you forgot a last minute item, there is a convenience store nearby.

Make plans to dine at Sage Steak Loft. Guests say the food there is phenomenal. The complimentary breakfast does not disappoint either. Don't miss out on the views from the rooftop bar either - most guests found this to be the highlight of their stay.

The hotel personnel at Olive are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you run into any problems, they will try resolve it in an efficient manner. If you need suggestions on where to go or how to get there, don't hesitate to ask, as the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Guests were delighted to have been provided a complimentary umbrella on rainy days and free beach towels when necessary.

Guests say some of the basic rooms are a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage, you may find it a bit uncomfortable to unpack, as the rooms lack storage and closet space as well. However, a variety of other room options and layouts is available based on your preference.

Several guests were disappointed with the in-room Jacuzzi, saying it was slow to fill and the water wasn't hot enough.

Though most guests had no complains, a few thought the air conditioned in the rooms wasn't very strong. In addition, the patio area can get very hot on select days, making it unsuitable for lounging.
