Reviewers admired the location of the hotel, with many stating its closeness to the Mont-Tremblant village as a great convenience. You will discover a hotel that offers a secluded, picturesque environment whilst still placed close to many places of interest.

The rooms provided by the hotel have also been commended by guests as being very spacious and clean, with most in agreement that almost all the rooms had stunning views of the lake and mountain. Balconies or patios are also available that will allow you to comfortably take in the fresh mountain air. Moreover, a few guests appreciated the fireplaces that each room had.

Guests were also appreciative of the shuttle service offered by the hotel, which takes you to the foot of the mountain as well as to the village. Many mentioned that they used this service and found it to be reliable.

A common complaint amongst reviewers concerned the out-of-date nature of the hotel. Guests indicated that although the rooms were tidy, the furniture and appliances were visibly worn whilst the design of the rooms needed an update so as to be on track with modern trends.

Some guests also complained that the cooking utensils in the kitchens were not adequate, especially for families, and were also old. However, some couples and single visitors did find the kitchens to be sufficient.

Moreover, some visitors were not pleased with a lack of elevators and complained that this would be unpleasant for the elderly. A few visitors also noted that the hotel's floor plans were confusing.
