Hotel Drury Inn & Suites Terre Haute (Terre Haute, USA)

Aside from the satisfying breakfast, the guests of this hotel were also extremely pleased with the kickback offer in which Drury hotels were known for. The unlimited popcorn and drinks, complimentary beverages, and adequate light food were included as part of the room package.

Guests speak well of the staff’s friendly and attentive service. They provide professional and first-class assistance to guests from the moment they arrive until checkout. Staffs even made an effort to call the guests upon arrival at their assigned rooms just to make sure everything was okay- a clear indication of quality and exceptional service!

Due to the hotel’s pet –friendly policy, most guests were relieved with the fact that they can bring their pets without hassle. The hotel rooms did not smell bad despite presence of pets which meant that the hotel was well-maintained.

Aside from the small size of the pool, most guests had issues with the cold water temperature and outdated design. Most guests couldn’t even use the hot tub due to the presence of kids or teenagers. Furthermore, the pool was too small compared to the number of guests who all wanted to take a dip.

Most guests were disappointed with the hotel’s noisy environment. The street noise, barking of dogs, and loud banging of doors were very irritating. Moreover, the traffic noise especially those coming from the trucks from the nearby parking lot were also heard in the rooms.

Guests had problems connecting to the hotel’s Wi-Fi. It was slow and weak so guests had the tendency to be disconnected a couple of times. Checking email and browsing the Internet seemed very difficult!
