Guests at this hotel are welcomed with a warm cookie and a smooth check-in service. It's a nice touch that makes the hotel feel more like a home from home than a three-star hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location that is within walking distance of the falls. But it's just far enough away to miss the usually heavy traffic in the area. There's also reasonably priced parking on-site that is very easy to navigate.

This is a relatively new hotel but the interior décor is full of old world charm, and it feels more like a rustic lodge than a new hotel. The wooden beams and exposed stonework are a surprise for some guests as the exterior is very modern.

This hotel is called Fallsview, but it is a little misleading as the rooms with a view aren't that great. Guests have felt disappointed at the description of their rooms upon arrival. There really is no point in paying extra for the poor view.

The rooms at the hotel aren't very well soundproofed so you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel. From guests taking showers next door to people walking down the hallways, you'll most likely have to pack your earplugs for this trip.

The housekeeping staff at the hotel could probably do with a bit more training or accountability for their actions. Guests feel that the rooms are not cleaned properly and that calls to the front desk about the issues didn't make much of a difference.
