Visitors who were on their way through the Rocky Mount area commented that the hotel was in a great location close to highways for their onward journey and conveniently located close to restaurants and places to eat.

The hotel has a number of amenities which were a hit with previous travellers.  A number of reviewers commented that the gym was well appointed and that the hot tub was very relaxing, others commented on the reliability and the speed of the internet.

A number of previous guests commented that they encountered a strong smell of cigarette in both their rooms and in the common areas of the hotel, which they found frustrating as they had specifically requested and booked a room in a non-smoking environment.
