Doubletree customers love their warm cookies and if not provided have a hard time moving on. This Doubletree does not disappoint with many previous guests appreciative of their warm cookies provided on arrival.

A number of previous guests to the hotel found the complimentary shuttle service really useful as it meant they could get around easily to local attractions. A number of guests traveling further afield mentioned the hotel's easy proximity to New York City and the Jersey shore as a bonus.

A number of guests to the hotel mentioned the polite and friendly front desk staff on their arrival which set the tone for their positive stay. The front desk staff were only to happy to recommend local favorites to ensure that guests had a great stay.

A number of guests who used the Wi-Fi at the hotel were very disappointed that this paid service was very slow and sub-standard in comparison to the usual high speed services offered by the Hilton brand.

Some guest reviewers felt that the hotel was showing signs of wear and tear and could do with a refresh. Other common complaints across reviews include the stains on the carpets, loud and noisy air-conditioning units, the lack of sound-proofing between rooms and the lack of refrigerators in rooms.

Some previous guests had the unforgettable experience of having their slumber disturbed due to the housekeeping staff entering their room early in the morning to clean, despite the do not disturb sign displayed on their doors. Needless to say these guests were not happy.
