Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Fullerton (Fullerton, USA)

This hotel is just off the highway and is not far from Los Angeles. It is also conveniently close to attractions such as Disneyland Resort and Parks, Soak City and Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown is also close to this hotel offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

The rooms at this hotel are well kept and clean. The cleaning staff at this hotel obviously pride themselves in giving top-class service and doing an all-out fantastic job. Many reviews have said that this hotel's clean and high-class level of service was exactly what they needed.

For the more cosmopolitan type guests, this hotel offers spectacular Luxurious King Suites and a Penthouse Suite. These suites have had excellent reviews based on how spacious and beautifully decorated they are. The Jacuzzi and other luxury amenities have been especially praised by guests.

The Luxurious suites have been extensively commended by guests in a few reviews making reference to some of its amenities such as the Jacuzzi. However, the flip-side of this is that other guests close by can hear the jets of the Jacuzzi above them.

The service is great at this hotel and has been reviewed wonderfully. However, some guests have complained that it took longer than usual to get service at particular times. Presumably during peak times when the hotel is at its busiest, guests have said that it feels as though the hotel is understaffed.

This hotel offers guests the option of staying on-site instead of leaving to find food elsewhere. This is great except the reviews regarding the service level at the hotel restaurant were not great. Guests have recommended to rather find food off-site as it is cheaper and service offered is better.
