The Sunstream Diamondhead Beach Resort in Fort Myers is an ideal beach holiday destination. It suits guests traveling on work as well. The Fort Myers Beach is a short stroll from the resort and guests can indulge in a sea of water activities like fishing, parasailing and boating as well as other beach activities like volleyball and biking. The entertainment district of Fort Myers Beach with its many exceptional shops, boutiques and bistros is just a short walk from the resort.

The 124 suites are all luxuriously done and exhibit class and style. The suites have screen balconies opening out to breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bedrooms with king sized beds and living rooms with queen size sofa beds are featured along with a kitchen cum dining area. All the suites have kitchen equipment like microwave, under-counter fridge and coffee maker. Two satellite TVs, bath with tub and shower, and hair dryer are other amenities.

At the resort, guests find a host of activities to keep them thoroughly engaged. Guests feel that some of the facilities of the resort need improvisations like the food and fitness equipment. Many of the treadmills are not in working condition and the ellipticals are in need of servicing.

Some guests have had issues in the rooms, especially in the off season, such as the TV and lamps not being in working condition and stained sheets.
