The location of this hotel is in the financial district so guests can expect noise from the outside world, but once inside they will be surprised to find how well insulated the hotel is from the outside disturbances.

The onsite staff members do their level best to see to their guests' satisfaction. Guests can expect a courteous attitude, and a very helpful nature when it comes to anything that they may require.

Breakfast bonus.A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning, but if guests don't find anything that they suits their taste, they are more than welcome to order from the kitchen through the limited hours room service.

The sights worth visiting are within some travelling distance, and guests who are visiting Panama City specifically to sight-see will find that this may not be the most ideal hotel to be based at, as they will have to hire a taxi to get anywhere, and the taxi fare may add up to be quite expensive.

While the staff are very helpful, guests will find that they will struggle to get their point and requests across as the staff has very limited English skills, which in turn causes frustration when one encounters an issue.

The morning meal loses a lot of it charm through the undesirable size of the breakfast room. The room is small, and can lead to guests not being able to find a seat, or end up being rather cramped when they are trying to realx over a cup of coffee.
