The staff have received lots of praise from previous guests for their willingness to help guests and go out of their way to fulfil requests. Guests are aware that issues can sometimes arise wherever you stay, but it is the way that they are dealt with quickly and effectively which is pleasing.
There have been reports from previous guests of bed linen being dirty and stained, with towels also being described similarly. Hair was also reportedly found in beds and on pillows which is very unpleasant to say the least.
Throughout the hotel in rooms, corridors and communal areas the carpets are looking very dated and completely worn where a deep clean wouldn't suffice and replacements are sorely needed instead as is also the case for décor, furniture and furnishing throughout the building.
