This hotel is located near the University of Colorado and is an excellent base if you are visiting a student or have other business at the college. Located only three miles from downtown Boulder, you'll find excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. This is also a great base from which to explore Rocky Mountain National Park which is just a one hour drive away.

Bed down for the night in a lovely, comfortable room, well-equipped with a comfy bed and flat-screen TV. Bathrooms are quite spacious and feature Paul Mitchell toiletries. There's a small balcony where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the views.

This hotel does not offer a free breakfast. Guests say that what is offered at the onsite Bistro restaurant is mediocre and expensive for what you get. You may want to explore nearby options for a better choice.

This hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Updates in decor, furniture, and technology are needed, including new, modern telephones. Guests also say this hotel needs to work better at enforcing its non-smoking policy in the rooms, as you can tell rooms have been smoked in even though it's banned.

If you are a light sleeper, guests recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the motorway, which can be quite noisy. Also, train tracks are right outside and a freight train often runs by. Guests say it sounds like the train is coming straight for you.
