Generally, guests were pleased with the size of their rooms. Many commented on how spacious the rooms were for the cost. They also liked that some of the rooms had a giant Jacuzzi tub. They noted that the suites were very large with a mini-kitchen an fireplace.

It's an affordable hotel with free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea making kettles in the rooms. They noted that there is also plenty of free parking making the hotel quite a convenient place to stay.

The Days Inn is located near the freeway and just five to 10 minutes away from the Shoreline Amphitheater. The area is also convenient for business travelers who are visiting Silicon Valley companies.

The interior and building was worn down, guests noted. The paint and carpet looked tired, as if they need some refreshing. Some visitors say the bed linens and the pillows also looked dilapidated. Guests said that the rooms had a strange odor that was overpowering. The facility needs renovation badly, they said with loose electrical outlets and rusty interiors.

Several guests reported confusion at the front desk and getting overcharged for their room. The complaint extended to interactions with the front desk including the owner, whom many described as rude and brusque.

Guests reported finding bugs inside their room refrigerator. They also complained of seeing cockroaches running through their room. They said the rooms were not clean, in fact, they were stained and filthy. The upkeep was so poor some guests left early.
