The hotel prides itself on giving you peace and quiet during the night and even designates certain hours as quiet time. Visitors note the nights are relatively peaceful and not even the nearby freeway will disturb you.

Beds at the hotel were very nice according to guests who say they were comfortable and made the stay even better. The bed, pillows, blankets and other bedding is exclusive to the Crowne Plaza brand.

Visitors noted the rooms' décor seemed old and worn in general. The carpets were dirty and need replacing while some of the furnishing and bathrooms were not appealing either. While the property was clean, guests say a few things could use a refresh.

Some of the amenities you might expect to find in your hotel room are not to seen here. Guests say they wished the rooms had a mini-fridge to keep drinks in and a microwave would have also been nice. There is also no free breakfast.

Guests point out the hotel's on-site restaurant wasn't very good. The food was mediocre and the service was less than stellar according to guests. Arbor Grille is the only restaurant available on-site, but room service is also offered.
