The staff members were found to be friendly by many guests who appreciated the effort given to them. The check in process and the recommendations of the area were nice pluses to an efficient customer service.

The rooms were found to be very clean and comfortable by most guests. They appreciated having a clean place to stay and that this was consistent. The rooms also had comfortable beds and pillows.

Many guests enjoyed the fact the hotel is location a short driving distance from Stanford University and from various shopping and dining choices. It was convenient for guests who wanted to explore the Stanford area.

Guests were surprised to find there was no free parking. The hotel charges for guests to use their parking which is a bit rare in the hotel industry. The hotel also does not provide for complimentary breakfast which would be a great improvement.

They mentioned it felt like the décor from the 80s and that the space in the rooms was not big enough. The beds were also not very big and at times the beds were not proportioned well for the people that were in the room.
