Crown Promenade Perth is within easy walking distance of the Promenade which offers a host of entertainment options including casinos, live shows, cinemas and a range of restaurants and bars to choose from. There are two parks close by, Kagoshima Park and G.O. Edwards park, through which you can stroll and reach the river front within 10 minutes' walk. A bus stop with several bus lines is just 4-minutes walk away, and the closest train station, Burswood Station, can be reached in 7-minutes' walk.

The rooms have been described as beautifully refurbished, clean and well appointed with stylish furnishings and comfortable beds. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and adequate for basic uses. Many guests also recommended the buffet breakfast which offered a range of choice including made to order bacon and eggs, cereals, fruit, yogurts and pastries.

The staff are friendly and attentive. On arrival you can expect to be welcomed with a glass of complimentary champagne.

Some guests were disappointed that the outdoor pool was not heated and relatively small in size. Some guests did not make use of the pool even in hot weather as they felt that the water temperature was too cold.

On-site parking is available at a surcharge, when some guests felt was over priced.

While the majority of guests found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, at times complaints have been made regarding the cleanliness. Some guests reported that the bed sheets were dirty on arrival, and in some cases mold was found to be growing in the bathroom.
