One's initial instance of arrival at the Courtyard is guaranteed to impress, as hospitality remains of paramount interest to the personnel of this smoke-free establishment. A slew of cordial and attentive hotel members strive on all accounts to assist residents with carrying requests and concerns.

The surrounding area of the hotel does not provide a peaceful retreat, and is not a family-oriented area. Some guests have complained about the noise level in the hotel as well as the areas outside of the hotel.

The hotel itself is simply not worth the cost of a night's stay. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms somewhat gross. Breakfast was also disappointing. Staff was not helpful. For the cost, you can find much nicer hotels in the area.
