Guests were very impressed by how much staff members at this property went out of their way to be accommodating and pleasant. Many guests were staying at this hotel while undergoing medical treatment at the local hospital, or were either in the area to visit sick to loved ones. As a result, many were under high levels of stress and appreciated the staff courtesy.

There were many comments about how the rooms here were very thoroughly cleaned, so guests felt relaxed as soon as they checked in. Furthermore, guests said the rooms were larger than expected which was another perk of the experience.

Guests appreciated that this hotel offers a shuttle that makes it easy to get to the medical center. Although there were some comments that it would have been better if the service started earlier, guests were generally very happy that the shuttle was available.

Guests sometimes mentioned that the water pressure in their showers was not ideal. Specifically, the comments were mostly related to a lack of adequate pressure, but some guests also said the pressure level was too high.
