For the price you pay, you get a whole lot more than you might expect. The rooms are clean and comfortable and many overlook the pool, giving a relaxing and pleasant view. For a budget choice, the bedrooms are both functional and in good condition.

The suites give a lot of room and are decorated nicely. It's perfect for stretching out in and is even nice enough to entertain guests. The dry bar, microwave, and refrigerator make for a pleasant and useful upgrade. The king bed in the bedroom continues that spacious feel.

The staff here, from reception to management, is responsive to guest needs and honors those special requests sometimes needed with very little fuss. They are friendly and efficient and go the extra mile to make a great welcome and stay.

The hotel guest rooms are undergoing renovations which are sorely needed. The carpets in the older rooms are stained and the decor is old and dated. In those rooms, everything needs to be replaced and refreshed.

The renovations are not being handled in a way that separates guests from all the trouble. You might be checking into a room that is partially remodeled with hanging, or missing, wallpaper. Many rooms are also absent of needed furniture and fixtures.

The bathrooms are in desperate need of complete overhauls. Many have molding grout in the showers, around the tubs and sinks, and on the toilets. There are also problems with leaking and running tubs and sinks. If something isn't broken, it is dripping. No spa feeling here, only a grim prospect.
