Guests who just needed a place to stay for the night found this property adequate. The accommodations were basic and without much fuss, and this setting worked for a lot who were in Florence within a tight budget.

Despite being affordable, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property were not sacrificed. Aside from being cleaned regularly, rooms were also well equipped with the basic amenities to render a comfortable stay, such as a coffee maker, a good bed, and air conditioners.

When staff members failed to deliver satisfying service, many guests have turned to the property manager, Bruno. He was high efficient and seemed to know everything about the property and in the area. Moreover, he was friendly and voicing out concerns to him was easy.

Most of the staff members do not speak English, and previous guests found it very difficult to communicate with them. Moreover, they complained that the staff members were always nowhere to be found when they needed them.

Although there were complimentary tea and coffee offered at the common area, many guests still found it problematic that they had to go to outside for breakfast as it was not provided. They didn't really like the idea of going outside for the morning meal.

The location of the property is quite distant from the city centre, about 20 minutes away. Moreover, many reviewers have observed that dining options, bars and coffee shops, and other attractions are a bit far from the property.
