The staff members at this hotel have a reputation for making their guests feel like family. They will furnish you with all the information you need about tourism, as well as offer porters to help carry your luggage. They are happy to see your needs are met to the best of their ability.

The hotel is built into a cliffside, so you'll be doing a lot of walking uphill and downhill to get around. Which can be a problem for the elderly and those with mobility issues.

A few guests have complained about a lack of privacy due to the fact that the Jacuzzi, rather than being inside of the room, is out on their room's balcony overlooking the water. If you are conscious of being seen while bathing, you will likely do better with a non-Jacuzzi room.

Some guests have stated that the hotel's pool is smaller than advertised, though it is heated to a balmy 28 degrees Celsius (about 82 Fahrenheit).
